ESPANOL - Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) - 8/15/2026

This course meets the 16-hour minimum requirement to obtain the W&C Permit for the state of Maryland or Washington DC. It covers all the material covered in the HQL course, plus more.

Your registration fee of $400 covers two individuals and includes Florida, Virginia, Arizona and either Washington DC or Maryland (HQL included for Maryland residents).

The class will be conducted over two days, including the component where the applicant must show competency in gun safety. Each candidate must shoot a course of at least 25 rounds from a distance of no more than 15 yards while maintaining an accuracy rating of at least 70%.

In addition, this course will satisfy the requirements for Washington, D.C., Utah, Florida, Arizona, and Virginia. Additional fees will apply.
